  • cup unsalted butter, softened

  • cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • cup molasses

  • cup coarse sugar, for rolling

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper


In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, instant espresso powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and salt


In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy


Add the egg, molasses, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture


Mix until well combined


Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined


Place the coarse sugar in a shallow bowl


Shape the cookie dough into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in the coarse sugar until coated

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed and cut into strips

  • 1/4 cup hot sauce

  • 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions:

Set oven temperature to 400F 200C


Combine the hot sauce, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper in a small bowl


Tofu strips should be brushed with vegetable oil on both sides before being put on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper


Tofu strips should be baked for 25 to 30 minutes, rotating them halfway through, or until they are crispy and golden brown


After taking the tofu out of the oven, liberally brush it with the buffalo sauce mixture


Put the tofu back in the oven and bake it for a further five to seven minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky


Serve hot with celery sticks and your preferred dipping sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak

  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
